I have lived in Knotty Pines for more than 2 years now and it’s a great friendly place to live. We have some pretty strict rules for our homes and lots, but it makes the community look really nice when everyone cares. That’s what has made some people I’ve met live here for over 20 years. I’m planning on staying here forever.

I have lived in Knotty Pines for 3+ years. Most everyone keeps their lot and home looking good. We have Rules and Regulations to follow, but that keeps our community special. There are people that have lived here for 20-30+ years. That says something for our community! We can’t go anywhere in the state for the amount of lot rent we are paying. I don’t want to move anytime soon.
